2. Eligibility and Use

To access the Platform, you must:

You agree to treat Advisors and other users respectfully and not engage in abuse, threats, or harassment.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Advisors are not employees or representatives of TX-Psychics.com. The Platform is solely a facilitator and does not supervise or control Advisors.
  • TX-Psychics.com disclaims all responsibility and liability for decisions made by users based on advice received through the Platform.

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk, and we encourage all users to exercise their own judgment before making any personal, legal, medical, or financial decisions.

4. Payment Terms

You must provide valid payment details prior to accessing paid services.

  • Session rates are displayed prior to engagement and are charged accordingly.
  • All transactions are securely processed via third-party providers.
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted only at the discretion of TX-Psychics.com, and requests must be submitted to info@tx-psychics.com within 72 hours of the session.
Frequent refund requests may result in the suspension of your account.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

  • You abuse the refund system
  • You violate Advisor boundaries or Platform rules

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws.
Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
